## What we are
B&G Projects GmbH is a **Personalvermittler** (recruitment/placement agency).
Candidates we place are **employed directly by the client company**, not by us.

## For candidates
- Applying is **free**. We never charge candidates a placement fee.
- Every role has its own eligibility questions (age, certificates, residence
  status, language level). You answer them before applying, so you find out in
  minutes rather than weeks whether a role is realistic.
- Applications continue on **WhatsApp**, where a named recruiter answers —
  usually the same working day.
- EU citizens (including Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria) need no visa and can
  typically go from documents to contract in weeks.
- Non-EU candidates (e.g. the West Balkan route) are supported through the visa
  process by our own team; that timeline is months, not weeks.
- Languages served: German, English, Romanian, Ukrainian, Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian.

## For employers
- Direct placement: we find, screen and prepare the candidate; you employ them.
- Candidates are document-verified against German requirements before you see a profile.
- First shortlist in about 48 hours for roles our desks already recruit for.
