So we opened a dedicated Romanian desk. Applications from Romania, and from Romanian nationals wherever they are living, now route automatically to a Romanian-speaking recruiter rather than into a general queue.

No visa means the paperwork is ordinary: register your address, get a tax ID, open a bank account, start. Weeks, not months.
