Questions

What people ask us first.

What does it cost me to be placed?

Nothing. Not a registration fee, not a placement fee, not a document fee, and nothing deducted from your first payslip. German law puts the cost on the employer who hires you, and we follow it. If any agency asks you for money to find you a job in Germany, that alone is your answer about them.

Do I need to speak German?

It depends on the role, and we will tell you honestly which one you are looking at. Warehouse, logistics and production work often runs with little or no German. Care roles need B2 and a certificate, because it is a patient-safety requirement. Hospitality sits in between. We would rather place you somewhere you can actually work than sell you a role you cannot hold.

I am an EU citizen — do I need a visa?

No. As an EU citizen you may work in Germany without a visa or a work permit; we verify your papers and you can start as soon as an employer says yes. Outside the EU you do need a visa, and our own visa team runs that process with the authorities together with our migration partner.

How long until I actually start work?

For an EU candidate with documents in order, weeks rather than months — the limit is usually the employer’s start date, not us. Where a visa or a recognition procedure is involved, plan in months; the authorities set that pace and nobody can honestly promise otherwise. We tell you which of the two you are in on the first call.

How does applying actually work?

You answer the eligibility questions for the specific role — two minutes — and the system checks them against that job immediately, so a clear no arrives in minutes instead of six weeks of silence. If it fits, the conversation continues on WhatsApp in your own language with a named recruiter who is responsible for you.
