Gonas runs recruiting and the partnerships behind it. Rather than buy a CRM and bend the work to fit it, he pushed for one built around how placement actually happens — WhatsApp first, every document tracked, every candidate visible to exactly one recruiter who is responsible for them.

Anandhu builds and runs the technology. The recruiting platform, the WhatsApp automation, the eligibility engine and this website are his — written in-house rather than bought, so the process can be shaped around how placement really works instead of the other way round. He also runs the digital marketing that brings candidates in.

How we work

Recruiting fails in the gaps — the message nobody answered, the document nobody chased, the candidate nobody called back. We wrote our own platform to close those gaps, so our recruiters spend their time on the decisions that actually need a person.

Instant eligibility
The rules decide, in seconds

Each role carries its own conditions — age, certificates, language level, residence status. The moment somebody applies, their answers are checked against that exact role. A clear no arrives in minutes instead of six weeks of silence.
WhatsApp-first
The conversation happens where people already are

No portal to register for, no password to forget. The application continues on WhatsApp, in the candidate’s own language, with a named recruiter — and every message is attached to their file automatically.
Verified up front
Documents are collected once

Passports, permits, diplomas and recognition paperwork are gathered and checked against German requirements before anyone is put forward. Nobody is asked twice for the same page, and nothing sits in an inbox.
Nothing dropped
Nothing depends on somebody remembering

Follow-ups, visa steps and handovers are tracked by the system itself. If a case goes quiet it is escalated, not forgotten — which is the difference between a candidate who starts work and one who gives up waiting.
