Can I work as a recruiter for B&G from outside Germany?
Yes. Most of our freelance recruiters work from their home country, in the Balkans or elsewhere in Europe. You need German or English and must be able to invoice as a self-employed person.
How are freelance recruiters paid?
Purely on commission, per candidate who actually starts work. The details are in the introduction we send after your application.
I know companies that need staff. How do we work together?
Write to info@bug-projects.com with your contact details and how you would like to work together. We agree referral terms in writing before the first introduction.
Do you also work for companies outside Germany?
