Can helpers from the Western Balkans work in construction?
Under the Western Balkans regulation, people from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia can work in Germany even without a recognised vocational qualification. They need a concrete job offer and approval from the Federal Employment Agency. Places are capped and the visa procedure takes months. Our visa team runs it.
Do you supply temporary workers or subcontracted crews?
No. We are a placement agency: workers are employed directly by you. That is legally clear and keeps the loyalty with you.
Do foreign tradespeople need recognition?
To work as a skilled tradesperson, usually yes; for helper roles, usually not. We tell you what applies to your position on the first call.
