How fast can we get warehouse staff?
Our recruiters search for warehouse operatives and pickers continuously. We often already have suitable candidates and can present a first shortlist in about 48 hours. When someone can start depends on whether they are an EU citizen or need a visa, and we tell you which on the first call.
Do candidates need to speak German?
For many warehouse tasks basic German is enough if induction and shift leads cover the rest. We ask what you need and only present candidates at that language level.
Do you check forklift licences?
Yes. Before we present anyone as a forklift driver, we see the certificate.
