How we work
What you can rely on
- We work behind the scenes and never approach your clients.
- Every candidate is interviewed personally by a recruiter in their own language before you meet them.
- For temporary agency work we present EU citizens and candidates with unrestricted work authorisation. People who need approval from the Federal Employment Agency are generally excluded from agency work.

Our teams in the Balkans, Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine speak the candidates' language and know their certificates, and we recruit across the whole EU. Where a candidate comes from decides how fast they can start:
EU citizens

No visa, no work permit. A start within a few weeks is often possible.
Western Balkans
Serbia · Bosnia and Herzegovina · other Western Balkan states
Through the Western Balkans regulation: job offer, approval by the Federal Employment Agency, visa. It takes months; our visa team runs the procedure.
Ukraine
People with protection status in Germany and the EU
Anyone holding a residence permit under section 24 of the Residence Act may work in Germany.

Do you approach our clients directly?
No. We deliver candidates to you, not to your clients. The client relationship stays entirely with you.
Who employs the candidates?
You do, as the staffing agency. We place candidates with you; we are not a temporary-work agency ourselves.
Can you supply Western Balkan candidates for agency work?
Usually not. People who need approval from the Federal Employment Agency to work are generally excluded from employment as agency workers. For your assignments we therefore present EU citizens and candidates with unrestricted work authorisation.
