How early should we ask for seasonal staff?
EU citizens can start at short notice. For candidates who need a visa, plan several months. For the summer season it is worth asking in winter.
Do service staff need German?
For guest contact, usually yes; for kitchen and housekeeping, often only basic German. We only present candidates at the level you ask for.
Who is the employer?
You are. We place; the contract is directly with you.
