Questions about staff for IT
Do IT specialists from outside the EU need a visa?
Yes. There are usually good routes for IT specialists, such as the EU Blue Card. Which route fits your role and how long it takes is clarified with our visa team before a start date is agreed.
Do the candidates have to speak German?
That is your call. Many IT teams work in English; if you need German, we search for it specifically.
Who employs the specialists?
You do. We place them; the employment contract is concluded directly between you and the employee.
