Can you find several production operatives at once?
Yes, we recruit for several positions at a time. How fast people start depends mainly on whether they are EU citizens, in which case a start within a few weeks is realistic. Anyone who needs a visa needs months.
Who employs the workers?
You do. We place; the employment contract is between you and the worker.
Do you find skilled workers too?
Yes, for example welders or electricians. Skilled workers from outside the EU often need their qualification recognised. Our visa team clarifies this before a start date is agreed.
