For a specialist role we recruit to order, which takes weeks. We will tell you which of the two you are dealing with on the first call, not after a month of silence.
You do. We are a Personalvermittler: we find, screen and prepare the candidate, and the employment contract is between them and your company. That keeps the relationship — and the loyalty — with you from day one.
Yes. Every profile you receive has been through eligibility checks for that specific role — age, certificates, permit status, language level — and had identity and qualification documents collected. We do not forward CVs we have not read.
We do. Our own visa team runs the process with the authorities, together with our migration partner, and diploma recognition is arranged before a start date is agreed. It does not come back to your HR department.
You tell us, and we agree what happens next before you ever commit. Replacement terms are set out in your individual placement agreement, in writing — our standard AGB do not contain a blanket guarantee, and we would rather show you the clause than promise one verbally.
