B&G Projects GmbH

Personnel placement agency in Hamburg, Germany. We find staff for German employers in any industry: warehouse and logistics, truck drivers, production, construction and trades, hospitality and hotels, cleaning, industrial laundries, care, IT, farming and seasonal work, and staffing agencies. Our own recruiters in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain and Ukraine search for each enquiry, interview every candidate in their own language, and support visa and recognition. Free for candidates; employers pay a placement fee.

What we are

B&G Projects GmbH is a Personalvermittler (recruitment/placement agency). Candidates we place are employed directly by the client company, not by us. Registered in Hamburg, HRB 757430 (Amtsgericht Mannheim), VAT DE461202070. Offices: König-Georg-Stieg 5, 21107 Hamburg and An der RaumFabrik 34, 76227 Karlsruhe. Founded and run by Domenik Sasa Petranovic and Gonas Panneerselvam.

For candidates

  • Applying is free. We never charge candidates a placement fee.
  • Every role has its own eligibility questions (age, certificates, residence status, language level). You answer them before applying, so you find out in minutes rather than weeks whether a role is realistic.
  • Applications continue on WhatsApp, where a named recruiter answers — usually the same working day.
  • EU citizens (including Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria) need no visa and can typically go from documents to contract in weeks.
  • Non-EU candidates (e.g. the West Balkan route) are supported through the visa process by our own team; that timeline is months, not weeks.
  • Languages served: German, English, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak, Bulgarian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian.

For employers

  • No hidden fees; every step is transparent for companies and candidates alike.
  • Any industry. We do not only place from an existing pool: for every enquiry our recruiters search specifically in the countries where suitable people are.
  • Direct placement: we find, screen and prepare the candidate; the employer employs them directly. B&G is not a temporary-work agency (no AÜG permit).
  • Staffing agencies can use us as a recruiting partner in the background: we deliver candidates to the agency and never approach its clients.
  • How it works: enquiry (form, WhatsApp or phone) -> call back within one working day -> recruiters search and interview in the candidate's language -> the employer meets only suitable candidates and hires directly -> we coordinate visa, travel and housing until the first working day.
  • Start dates depend on the route: - EU citizens (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia): no visa, no work permit; often a start within a few weeks. - Western Balkans (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and others): Western Balkans regulation - job offer, approval by the Federal Employment Agency, visa; takes months. Not available for temporary agency work. - Ukraine: holders of a residence permit under section 24 Residence Act may work.
  • For roles we recruit for continuously (e.g. warehouse), a first shortlist often comes within about 48 hours.
